During a recession, treating your current customers well is a great way to keep them coming back. We all know getting new customers is far more expensive than keeping current customers. I also think that a simple &quot;thank you for being a great customer&quot; always helps. We&#039;ve seen huge success stories with companies like Zappos and Amazon, but I don&#039;t think you have to be a huge corporation to show your customers you care.
