Research has shown that three out of five workers struggle to take breaks during their workday. It was also found that almost two-thirds of workers feel exhausted – mentally, physically, and emotionally. Pure Leaf Iced Tea has the answer, though.
The company has hired actress Lindsay Lohan for a new campaign that encourages workers to take a “tea break” during their workday. Their “Tea Break” web page includes a list of tips for taking breaks (including pre-written away messages), data on breaks during the workday, and even access to a free bottle of Pure Leaf iced tea.
“We owe it to ourselves to take a moment each day to pause, recharge, and revitalize,” says Lindsay Lohan. “I’m proud to partner with Pure Leaf to promote the importance of taking a daily tea break because no matter what you do, we all deserve the time to reset and refresh. For me, prioritizing breaks is essential for all of the roles I juggle, allowing me to return stronger and more restored.”
