We all will get bad reviews sometimes. Unfortunately, we can’t make everyone happy in this world. That’s just the way of it. And when those times do occur, it can be almost terrifying how easily these unhappy consumers can spread the word to potential customers.

As I’m sure you know, this creature has a reputation for being extremely slow. They move slowly, eat slowly, and even digest their food slowly. (It can take up to a month to digest their food.) However, sloths are amazing swimmers.

In business, we sometimes hit road blocks that we’re not sure how to overcome. We become tired, complacent, and struggle with motivation. In those times, we often simply need a pick-me-up.

Vendor loyalty is when we show devotion and adherence to our vendors. We work with them diligently and make sure they know that they’re appreciated.

Personally, I think that disciplinary actions for employees can, in some ways, be even more difficult than for children. As with kids, adults also respond in various ways to different situations.

Whether you struggle along through the weeks or are sitting back as the well-oiled machine manages itself, now may be the best time to reevaluate what’s working for your business, what’s not, and how you can keep up with your customers.
